Chong Hua Health on Wheels is the home health service of Chong Hua Hospital, supervised and operated by Chong Hua Medical Mall. It provides patients with access to hospital-quality medical care within the comfort of their own homes. The program extends the hospital’s clinical expertise beyond its facilities, ensuring that patients continue to receive appropriate care, monitoring, and support in a safe and familiar environment.

The service covers a wide range of home-based healthcare needs, including diagnostics, medical consultations, therapeutic and surgical procedures, post-discharge care, and lactation education and coaching. These services are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals — including physicians, nurses, and allied health specialists — and follow the same standards and protocols observed within Chong Hua Hospital.

Through Chong Hua Health on Wheels, patients with mobility limitations, chronic illnesses, or post-hospitalization requirements can receive timely and coordinated care at home, ensuring continuity of treatment and supporting their recovery and overall well-being.

How It Works

2. In-Home Assessment
A nurse or therapist will visit to evaluate your condition and create an appropriate care plan.

3. Treatment and Coordination
Care is provided at home and closely coordinated with your attending Chong Hua Hospital physician.

Transportation Fee

PHP 500 transportation fee applies within a 20 km radius of Chong Hua Hospital, Cebu City, Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue, and Chong Hua Medical Mall. Costs for diagnostics, consultations, and procedures are not included.

Transportation fees may be adjusted without prior notice.
