1. About the Program

Care Plus is Chong Hua Hospital’s exclusive health rewards program designed to give back every time you choose us for your care.

Patients earn points when they avail of outpatient services at Chong Hua Hospital, Cebu City (CHH), Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue (CHHM), and Chong Hua Medical Mall (CHMM), which can be redeemed for discounts, perks, and other rewards.

Points are earned through outpatient transactions and can be used to pay across various hospital services, including inpatient, outpatient, and pharmacy purchases.

2. Enrollment

Enrollment in Care Plus is easy and automatic.

Patients with an existing CHH Patient ID are automatically enrolled.
New members may sign up through the CHi Mobile App or CHi Web App.
A FREE physical card is available during the soft launch period until February 2026.

Lost, damaged, or stolen cards may be replaced for ₱150, while your account and points remain unchanged.

3. Earning Points

Patients earn points for ALL outpatient services at:

Chong Hua Hospital, Cebu City
Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue
Chong Hua Medical Mall

Applicable services include laboratory tests, imaging, specialty procedures, and other diagnostic services

Note: In-patient services and pharmacy purchases do not earn points.

4. Point System

Members earn 1 point for every PhP 250 spent on outpatient services (after Senior Citizen or PWD discounts).
Points are credited instantly after payment and may be viewed through the CHi App.
Points are non-transferable and tied exclusively to the member’s account.
Points remain valid for 2 years from the last account activity date.

5. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed once a member accumulates at least 200 points.
Members may use points alone or combine points and cash in a single transaction.

6. Where to Redeem

Points may be redeemed at all Chong Hua Hospital centers and facilities that offer outpatient services, including:
- Chong Hua Medical Mall (CHMM)
- Pharmacy purchases at CHH, CHHM, and CHMM
- In-patient services, including room charges, laboratory tests, and diagnostic procedures
- Executive check-ups, specialty clinics, home health services, concierge services, and more.

7. Who Can Join

All patients of Chong Hua Hospitals and Chong Hua Medical Mall
Doctors, medical partners, and referring professionals
Chong Hua Hospital employees

9. Get Started

Download and log in to the CHi Mobile App to track your points in real time.
Patients without app access may request a points summary at cashier counters.
The CHi App currently requires an existing patient profile linked to previous hospital transactions.
