1. About the Program

CHi Care Plus is a loyalty program for patients of Chong Hua Hospital, Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue, and Chong Hua Medical Mall. 

Members earn reward points for eligible outpatient services and can redeem them for various hospital benefits.

To maximize your Loyalty Rewards experience, we encourage all patients to download and use the CHi Mobile App.

2. Enrollment

Enrollment is simple: 

  • Automatic for all patients via existing Patient ID
  • Available through the CHi Mobile App and web app

3. Earning Points

Earn points when you avail outpatient services at Chong Hua Hospital, Cebu City, Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue, and Chong Hua Medical Mall. 

4. Point System

  • 1 point per ₱250 spent (After deducting PhilHealth, Senior Citizen, or PWD discounts)
  • Applies to outpatient services like laboratory tests, imaging, diagnostics, and specialty procedures 

5. Redeeming Points

  • Redemption starts at 200 points. 
    1 Point = PhP 1.00

7. Who Can Join

The program is open to all Chong Hua Hospital and Chong Hua Medical Mall patients.
