Chong Hua Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and creative Creative Communication Specialist to develop and implement visual and digital content strategies that effectively communicate key messages across multiple platforms. This role is essential in translating business objectives into engaging designs, ensuring consistency and clarity in all creative materials.

The Creative Communication Specialist will collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver design solutions that support organizational goals. S/He will oversee the design process, ensuring that all creative content aligns with brand standards while driving effective communication.

Additionally, the specialist may guide junior designers and contribute to marketing and communication efforts as needed, providing support for both internal and external projects. In the absence of the immediate superior, s/he will take the lead on creative projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Must have at least five (5) years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print media, branding, and content creation.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
Experience with web design, UI/UX principles, and digital marketing materials is a plus.
Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines is preferred.
Experience in the healthcare industry is not required but would be considered an advantage
