We are looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to be part of the Corporate Planning group. The analyst provides support in data analysis and management reporting requirements. This position will work with all levels of the organization to determine business requirements and transform them into information technology system requirements.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Studies, understands, and documents current state business processes
Prepares system design based on analysis.
Illustrates mapping between business processes and system functionality.
Develops training material for end-user training courses, including “Train the Trainer,” etc.
Works with key stakeholders and systems architects to develop reports including financial, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Partners with development team to provide users with high-quality dynamic reports within agreed timescales and scope.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent with strong financial management experience.
Must have at least three (3) years of working experience in a related environment.
With proven experience in data analysis and proven knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and processes.
Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts.
Knowledge and experience in project management is preferred.
Good working experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel (pivot tables and simple macros).
Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Able to communicate in the Visayan or Tagalog dialect.
