Chong Hua Hospitals Now Offer Free Cancer Screenings for PhilHealth YAKAP Beneficiaries

Through the PhilHealth Yakap Program benefits, members can now access Outpatient Cancer Screenings with zero cash out and no additional charges.

Chong Hua Hospital, Cebu City, and Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue now provide free cancer screening tests under the PhilHealth Yakap Program. Eligible PhilHealth beneficiaries may undergo the following screening procedures:

• Alpha Fetoprotein
• Low-dose Chest CT Scan
• Liver Ultrasound
• Mammography

Who Can Avail?

These screenings are available to registered YAKAP beneficiaries who already have a Screening Test Request Form issued by their YAKAP-accredited physicians.

How to Avail?

• Register at an accredited YAKAP Clinic 
• Undergo a medical assessment with a primary care doctor
  • If eligible, the doctor will issue a Screening Test Request Form for the recommended cancer screening test
• Present the Screening Test Request Form to any of the following locations:
  • Chong Hua Hospital, Cebu City
    Admissions and Patient Services, Ground Floor, Building C
  • Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue
    Information Desk, Grand Lobby
