崇华医院正在招聘一位经验丰富、积极主动的 Strategic Management and Execution Specialist who is responsible for leading and supporting strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s long-term goals. S/he requires a strong understanding of strategic planning, execution, and performance monitoring, combined with expertise in agile project management. Additionally, s/he closely collaborates with cross-functional teams, the senior leadership, and departments to drive the implementation of strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.industry.
工作职责和责任
- Collaborates with Strategic Management and Execution Head to develop and refine the organization’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- 进行市场和竞争分析，为战略决策提供信息并发现增长机会。
- 制定并维护战略路线图，概述组织的长期目标以及实现这些目标所需的举措。
- 使用敏捷方法促进战略项目的规划和执行，确保灵活性、快速交付和持续改进，并促进敏捷仪式（例如，冲刺计划、每日站立会议、回顾），以确保有效的项目执行。

资格
拥有工商管理或相关领域的学士学位。
- 具有至少五（5）年战略规划、业务规划和分析、项目管理或相关领域的相关工作经验。
- 具有使用敏捷方法管理项目的背景。
- 有医疗保健行业经验者优先。
- 优先考虑获得认证的敏捷项目经理（例如 PMI-ACP、认证 ScrumMaster）。
- 拥有战略管理认证（例如 SMP、ASP）者优先。
- 在端到端实施战略规划流程和工具方面拥有丰富的经验。
- 出色的分析和解决问题的能力，能够将数据转化为可行的策略。
- 证明对基本企业办公软件（包括 Microsoft Office 365 应用程序）的了解。
- 沟通能力出色。要求精通维萨亚方言和/或他加禄语。
