崇华医院正在招聘一位经验丰富、积极主动的 Brand Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading the development and execution of Chong Hua Hospital’s brand, marketing, and market engagement strategies in alignment with the organization’s growth priorities and institutional values. The role ensures that the hospital’s clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and service capabilities are translated into clear, compelling, and consistent brand communications across all platforms and touchpoints.
The position oversees integrated marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, service line promotions, partnerships, and market engagement activities that strengthen brand equity, increase patient and partner engagement, and support sustainable business growth and long-term loyalty. The role likewise ensures consistency of Chong Hua Hospital’s brand identity, messaging, and positioning as a trusted tertiary referral center.
Additionally, the Brand Marketing Manager leads market research, identifies growth opportunities and healthcare trends, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in driving strategic marketing initiatives. The role directs the marketing team in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing programs while ensuring operational alignment, cost-effectiveness, and measurable organizational impact.

Develops, organizes, and implements marketing strategies and programs that support strategic direction and align business plans with organizational goals and objectives.
Guides leaders and team members in the conceptualization and execution of Chong Hua Hospital’s branding strategy and all related programs and activities as dictated by the management; develops and implements cohesive marketing plan that will increase brand awareness, such as, but not limited to identification of business requirements for online platform or website, implementation of marketing campaign program, conceptualization of marketing materials, collaterals, etc.
Creates and updates marketing and branding related policies and procedures that will align all leaders, employees, and stakeholders with the organization’s direction.
Creates and maintains strategic partnership with various leaders, stakeholders and the management in the implementation and execution of business strategy and marketing related programs.
Oversees the organization and maintenance of institutional brand assets, event documentation, awards, recognitions, and marketing repositories for future organizational use.
Manages departmental/divisional budget and implements cost-saving strategies in the division.
May be required to organize or lead marketing research planning to identify challenges and opportunities for growth; provides bench marking on marketing trends and best practices when necessary.
Directs the team in the planning, organizing, and implementing marketing strategies across the organization; identifies the department/division’s short-term and long-term strategy and guides team members in the achievement of these; ensures completion of projects and assignments of team members.
Ensures excellent customer service orientation and patient-centered communication standards in all branding and marketing initiatives.
资格
Must be a graduate of any four-year course; A degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management is preferred. Masters in business administration is an advantage.
With at least 7-10 years of relevant work experience and at least 3 years of experience in managerial or leadership role in Market strategy and research, Advertising and PR, Brand Management, Project management, Process Improvement.

Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful branding initiatives, marketing campaigns and project management.
Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, AI-Powered Marketing Platforms or equivalent program, software/language.
Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
Knowledge of data analysis and market research.
Knowledge of writing for web and online materials and experience in brand management and implementation is essential.
