\u5d07\u534e\u533b\u9662\u6b63\u5728\u62db\u8058\u4e00\u4f4d\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u3001\u79ef\u6781\u4e3b\u52a8\u7684\u00a0Business Process Improvement Specialist<\/strong>\u00a0is responsible in identifying and improving the outcomes of Chong Hua Hospital\u2019s operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction.<\/p>

S\/He is also responsible in the deployment of the basic and some advanced lean management tools across all parts of the organization. Lean Management Deployment<\/i><\/p>

  • Participates in the implementation of lean management programs all throughout the organization.<\/li>
  • Champions the deployment of the basic and some advanced lean management tools and techniques.<\/li>
  • Participates in the development of the business process transformation vision and strategies.<\/li>
  • Tracks and monitors effectiveness of lean management tools deployment and metrics; recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met.<\/li>
  • Participates in the design and implementation of appropriate lean management tools and techniques.<\/li>
  • Develops and delivers operational excellence training modules and lean education programs to the organization.<\/li><\/ul>

    Project Management and Communication<\/i><\/p>

    • \u5c31\u9879\u76ee\u72b6\u6001\u4e0e\u5404\u90e8\u95e8\u8fdb\u884c\u8054\u7edc\u548c\u534f\u8c03\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u53ca\u65f6\u6709\u6548\u5730\u786e\u5b9a\u3001\u786e\u5b9a\u4f18\u5148\u987a\u5e8f\u5e76\u5b9e\u65bd\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/li>
    • Assists in facilitating the sharing of best practices across different departments throughout the whole organization (e.g. brainstorming processes – identifying and collating of data, identifying the best practice given the project focus then prioritization of its implementation).<\/li>
    • Facilitates the identification, understanding, and improvement of process issues by using appropriate quantitative and qualitative tools.<\/li>
    • Participates in the project selection process and identification of opportunities for improvement across all levels of the organization.<\/li>
    • Performs regular review and monitoring on the status of business process improvement projects from different departments to coach on its implementation and appropriateness of tools and techniques used for optimum results.<\/li>
    • Spearheads an improvement initiative or problem-solving process project that is aligned with the core purpose and vision of the organization.<\/li>
    • Implements effective project management tools and techniques to make sure project initiatives are completed on time and within budget. Coordinates and collaborates with the Financial Analysts and Internal Audit Specialists on the financial aspects of the project.<\/li>
    • Communicates with the staff and management on ways of implementing the plans and the recommendations that they come up with.<\/li>
    • Collaborates with department leaders and staff in the effective deployment and implementation of lean management tools and techniques.<\/li>
    • Attends monthly committee meetings and actively participates in the discussion providing recommendations to enhance the over-all business processes.<\/li><\/ul>

      Monitoring of Quality Indicators<\/i><\/p>

      • Conducts data analysis on the assigned quality indicator(s) classified as the Hospital\u2019s priorities in terms of quality Required Clinical Monitors, Required Administrative Monitors, IPSG Monitors, and provide effective recommendations to improve the levels of quality of the organization.<\/li><\/ul>

        • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Business, Nursing, or other clinical discipline required.\u202f A Masters degree a plus.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in Process Improvement using Lean and Six Sigma is required\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • \u6709\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u884c\u4e1a\u7ecf\u9a8c\u8005\u4f18\u5148\u3002\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Certified or has gained practical experience in:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Lean \u2013 Six Sigma Methodology<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Practical Problem Solving Process<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Experienced and a passionate process improvement leader and educator (formal or informal), with proven problem solving experience.\u202fDemonstrated understanding of basic corporate office software, including Microsoft Office 365 applications.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
