patient safety program (QIPS) through the leaders of Clinical Practice and Clinical Advancement in coordination with the Division of Operational Excellence.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>Participates in policy-making decisions that affect patient care services in the hospital.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>Participates in hospital committees, and special projects both internal and external to the organization;
